The Riverbirch home was built in the luxurious neighbourhood overlooking the Grand River.  The house is set on approximately 1 acre backing onto natural Greenspace.  The home was designed to maximize the backyard view and also creating privacy and tranquility.  The exterior is of old French design with accents of new world architecture.
